Dawnnitta Smith has been in the business of helping individuals since 2010 when she co-founded a production company dedicated to providing a platform for artists of all types and genres to be seen and heard. It was there that she discovered three of her passions: administration, listening to the goals of others, and helping people find their own passions or purpose. Dawnnitta is exceptional at creating realistic steps that actively take goals and dreams from being a nice thought to a tangible experience.
In 2016, she decided to return to school, and in 2017 she started her own business where she could continue feeding her passion for helping. She founded Extra Hand Business Solutions, providing various degrees of administrative and executive assistant services as well as business coaching services. In her hiring practices, Dawnnitta is dedicated to hiring others with a spirit and drive to genuinely help others.
Through her administrative and executive assistant services, she helps entrepreneurs, coaches, and small business owners across the nation effectively run their businesses and handle their finances in a way that helps them to free up time, increase flexibility, and stay on schedule with their missions and goals.
Through her business coaching services, she focuses on helping clients figure out what they have to offer in business or ministry and how to present it to achieve their desired goals or missions. Dawnnitta strives to help her clients see that if an idea is in their heads or hearts then, with some guidance, it can become a reality.
